Accurate, authorized business information
Publish truthful business details and keep hours, contact information, offers, and event dates current. Use only photos, logos, and text you have permission to publish. Do not submit impersonation, unlawful material, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, deceptive offers, spam, private personal information, or malware. We may correct, restrict, or remove content and suspend accounts when needed to protect the directory or comply with law.
Paid promotions and independent guides
Premium membership can include featured visibility, expanded profiles, events, and social content. That is paid promotion and does not mean Asheville.gg certifies or endorses a business. Postcard slots are subject to separate capacity and category restrictions. Independent guides and directory information may appear alongside business-supplied material. Report an unclear paid placement or inaccurate claim so we can review it.
Report a listing or ownership dispute
Email jeff@jeffhampton.us with the listing URL, what is wrong, the correction requested, and supporting information. For a competing ownership claim, describe your relationship to the business and provide a safe way to verify your authority. We may seek clarification from the parties or temporarily restrict changes while reviewing the dispute. Avoid sending sensitive identity documents unless we arrange a secure verification method.
Copyright, trademark, and privacy complaints
Send rights complaints to jeff@jeffhampton.us with your name and contact details, a description of the protected work or affected right, the exact page or image URL, the basis of your authority, and the action you request. For a copyright complaint, include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; a statement that your information is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act; and your electronic signature. We review complaints and may remove or restrict the material and contact the submitter. This contact process does not claim that Asheville.gg has a registered DMCA agent or special statutory safe-harbor status.
Events and prize promotions
Organizers are responsible for event details, admission policies, cancellations, and any required permissions. A contest or giveaway must publish its own official rules before opening entries, including the sponsor, eligibility, opening and closing dates, entry method, prize details, and winner selection. No prize is offered by this policy or by a game score alone. Do not describe a promotion as sponsored by Asheville.gg or a social platform without authorization.
